I'm glad you're enjoying life now. You're still young. The opposite side of this is that many young people do things they regret - rather than regretting not doing things. So just be happy that you're still young enough to enjoy a good social life. And maybe think about local travel and enjoying your home country, because the planet can't afford for us all to travel the world. That's a fact. Not a judgement. I'm trying to make everyone think.
